Monday: A wonderful beginning to a wonderful week.

I had a young lad from the City of Angels come visit me all the way up in this ginormous heat wave this weekend.  It was a relaxing and marvelous.  Honestly, if I didn't have visitors, I'd probably be stuck inside being lazy all day... just like today, actually!  I actually got enough energy to wake up at 11:23am to find that my digital clock is still broken.  I managed to get out of bed at the crack of dawn and pulled myself together to make a trip to the library where I borrowed at least 11 different movies/tv series.  I watched "Boy in the Striped Pajamas" and am currently getting through the first season of Gilmore Girls.

Now I am taking a short break from ... well ...... umm.. and I'm blogging!  I actually decided to cook something for my mom and I tonight, but she's not eating home tonight so I will save that for tomorrow.

I love all the wood, frames, and especially the lights.

Now... back to the tube.

My car is packed to the rim.

My room is empty.

Everyone is gone.

I'm going to enjoy a movie tonight before my early morning photo shoot tomorrow.
After the shoot, I'm headed home! 9 hours on the road.  I can't wait.  It's only been a couple hours of me being here alone and I'm going a little crazy.  Haaa.

Headed to my last final of the school year!

Tuesday, June 8

Studying for finals! Cramming, reading, memorizing.  I need a break.  Which is why I treated myself to three vegetarian Chipotle tacos.  So bad but so good.

Just three more days of studying then three months of freedom!

I've complied a list of things to do over summer.

- Learn at least a new dish a week.
- Watch at least 5 movies a day.
- Learn a new language and be conversational, not fluent.
- Travel to at least two different places out of the state.
- Make new photo series.
- Work on a film.
- Learn to develop film.
- Keep a daily blog.
- Expand my mind and do as much art as possible.
- Read!

No day is to be wasted on 'relaxing', and I'm SO excited!

I enjoy this image.

A bientôt!

Sunday, June 6

I have started a new series.  It was originally for my photo class, but I liked it so much that I'm going to continue it.  Friday, I spent the entire day driving all over San Diego lugging all this furniture around and taking pictures.  It was nice being able to spend so much time with myself.

Things are up in the air for this summer.  But England and Canada is a big possibility! France and Italy would be even more amazing, but I must practice my French before something that marvelous should happen.

Lo Bjurulf, this Swedish designer, has works to die for!  How she makes Ikea furniture appear so devine, I have no clue.

Here is ze link.

Plan for today:
- Show Apartment
- Finish Essay
- Stop by Michaels for some matt boards
- Laundry
- Northpark film screening

If you're lacking inspiration, I found this amazing site with equally as amazing photographs.

As for now, Salut!
